Rough-in and finish plumbing that doesn’t hold up your remodel
Most of our remodel work comes from GCs who are tired of plumbers missing inspection days. We show up when we say we will, pass inspections the first time, and we won’t argue about fixture brands your designer picked.
What we handle
- Full bathroom remodels — tub/shower relocations, new vanities, wall-hung toilets, heated towel bars
- Kitchen renovations — sink relocations, pot filler installs, dishwasher and ice-line runs
- Laundry room moves — new supply, drain, and vent runs to code
- New construction rough-in — coordinated with framing and slab pours
- ADU and garage-apartment plumbing — permit, inspect, and connect
Working with your team
We’ll read the designer’s fixture spec sheet, flag anything that won’t clear code or will cause a service headache five years in, and give you one clear quote covering rough-in through trim-out. If you’re running without a GC, we can coordinate with your tile, drywall, and electrical subs directly.
Permits and paperwork
We pull the permit, call for inspections, and hand you the closed-out permit card when we’re done. Required for resale in most Austin jurisdictions.
